Manage Notifications

Notifications channels are needed to be set up before subscribing to projects. Once you set up a notification channel, it can be used to subscribe any projects without setting up again.

For some platforms, we also ask for your timezone in order to show the time-related information as accurately as possible for you.

Setting up a notification channel

1. Click your profile picture

2. Go to Notification Settings

   
3. Click Add Notification

4. Choose your notification channel of choice

   
5. Define the name to be identified later on the platform, and the timezone*

   
6. Follow the instruction of each channel as shown in the prompt. You might be navigated to the channel provider's website

What does "Pending Verification" mean?

It meant that you have not completed the process of connecting the notification channel yet. You can click View button to continue with the instructions

Updating a notification channel information

1. Click your profile picture

2. Go to Notification Settings

3. Click edit icon next to the notification channel's display name

4. Update the display name, timezone, and other information as needed

5. Click Save

Removing a notification channel

For successfully connected channels,

1. Click your profile picture

2. Go to Notification Settings

3. Click edit icon next to the notification channel's display name

4. Click Delete

5. Confirm the deletion

For pending verification channels,

1. Click your profile picture

2. Go to Notification Settings

3. Click delete icon next to the notification channel's display name

4. Confirm the deletion
