Alerts

When an alert is found, you can see detailed information about the alert in this page. It can be accessible from Dashboard, Project Detail, or notifications from Inspex Beacon

The alert will show different information according to the type of the alert. In case of contract execution event, the execution parameters will be shown here for convenience, so you don't have to read cryptic messages on block explorer.

Each alert generally contains following information:

  • Type: Classification of the alert. See Alert types for more information

  • Impact Describe in detail how the alert affect the user

  • Response Provide a general guide on how to respond when the alert happens

  • Event information Information of the underlying event that triggers the alert

  • Platform information The platform that the alert is discovered under

Alert types

Alert types help classify the information of the alert. There are two types of alert: Incident and Case.

Incident

An alert that indicates a negative alert. It is divided in two levels: Danger and Warning.

  • Danger incident signifies that the alert is critical and need immediate response

  • Warning incident signifies that the user should investigate the alert accordingly

Case

An alert that indicates a neutral alert that does not have negative connotations. It is divided in two levels: Major and Minor.

  • Major case signifies that the alert is significant and rarely occurs

  • Minor case signifies that the alert is of no importance and serves as generic information
